Jameson began appearing on the website in late 2011. The first series was co-written by Tracey Curtis-Taylor. In 2012, the series returned and was co-written by Chris Dingess and Tracey Curtis-Taylor. In May 2014, the official Doctor Who Tumblr announced that Tracey Curtis-Taylor would be writing her final series, this time with David Collins.
Jameson is featured in the 2014 Doctor Who audio drama Missy, the origin of the name being a reference to the character's original head of the Board. The character is mentioned again in the audio drama 4.3, where Missy is seen in the Library of Alexandria.

Mrs. Woolf and the Woolf dog
In the episode "The Doctor Dances", Missy attempts to contact the Doctor to try and resolve the issue with the Millenium Paradox once and for all.
In "The Zygon Invasion", Missy brings the Doctor and Martha to the memory of her mother at the hospital, who tells Martha that she has a unique companion named "Woolf".
In "The Zygon Invasion: Part 2", the Doctor and Martha meet the Woolf dog.
In "Hell Bent", when Missy sends her minion to meet the Doctor, she reveals that she had actually been waiting for him to try and use the Zygon tube, which had gone into Martha, and she claims that he has no idea what happened to her mother. Missy then reveals that the Woolf dog's name is actually "Mrs. Woolf".
In "Evolution of the Daleks", Missy reveals that the Doctor knows that the Doctor's Wife was once called "Mrs. Woolf".
In "Boom Town", she admits that she only offered to help in order to try and make the Doctor more amenable to working with her.
In "Spare Parts", she reveals that the Doctor is being helped by the Woolf dog and Missy's mother, Mary, who had been hiding inside the dog since her transformation into "Mrs. Woolf".
In "The Vampires of Venice", she reveals that the Doctor's wife, now calling herself "Mary Woolf" again, is actually a Time Lord, and that her true name is "Cassia", which the Doctor is about to discover for himself.
